Hello, my dear and beloved students. My name is Norazela Binti Deraji, also known as Madam Ella. My hometown is in Teluk Intan, a small town in Perak. I'm graduate of Bachelor of Applied Chemistry (Analytical) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (2004).After my graduation ,I had been working as a compounding  chemist about 6 months in Top Glove Corporation Sdn. Bhd in Tasek,Ipoh.During my working there, i can share my experience that's not easy to working in industry. Apart from that,i 'll further my studies to take diploma's in chemistry educationat Institut Perguruan Tunku Bainun,Bukit Mertajam at Penang.Now, it's almost 9 years I've been working as a Chemistry lecturer at Kolej Matrikulasi Perak since January 2006. Apparently, I'm a multitasker and commited towards my career as well as my beloved family. I really love to teach. For me, teaching is not only a profession; it's a passion. Without passion for Chemistry and a desire for my students to learn and be the best in the world, then I have failed as a teacher and failure is not an option. Therefore, in order to be the best Chemistry lecturer, now I'm further my studies in Master of Chemistry Education in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris.
